    Especially the youtube exercise video. I just saw her before and after pictures! Made me feel soo good! There is hope after all!

    I am going to follow the healthy skinny girl diet but also count fruit and veg, dont understand why you shouldnt... ANDDD do 30 day shredd program! amazing.
